1. Glass Owner’s Suite Bathroom: A standout feature that allowed the owner to enjoy unobstructed views of the waterway from the bathroom.
2. Natural Swimming Pool: A swimming pool designed to mimic the ecological properties of a natural body of water, providing a serene, sustainable, and chemical-free swimming environment.
3. Water Vapor Fireplaces: They desired eco-friendly fireplaces that used water vapor to simulate the appearance of fire while providing a modern and safe ambiance.
4. Bold Materials: The client sought a bold, contemporary aesthetic throughout the home, incorporating strong design elements and luxurious finishes.

OUR SOLUTION

To bring the client’s vision to life, we combined cutting-edge architectural techniques with thoughtful design decisions, ensuring every feature seamlessly integrated into the home’s overall aesthetic and functional flow.

1. Glass Owner’s Suite Bathroom: We designed a completely glass-enclosed bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the waterway. This created an immersive experience for the owners, allowing them to relax in the bath or shower while feeling connected to the natural beauty of the waterfront. The glass was treated for privacy without compromising the stunning views. Inside, sleek marble and polished stone were used for a modern, luxurious feel.
2. Natural Swimming Pool: For the natural swimming pool, we collaborated with ecological pool experts to create a water filtration system that mimicked a natural ecosystem. Surrounded by natural stone and lush greenery, the pool was designed to blend into the landscaping while maintaining a clear, refreshing swimming experience. The inclusion of submerged lighting ensured the pool became a focal point both day and night.
3. Water Vapor Fireplaces: To meet the client’s request for eco-friendly yet striking fireplaces, we installed several water vapor fireplaces throughout the home. These fireplaces, which simulate flames using illuminated water vapor, were set against bold stone and metal backdrops, providing a dramatic focal point without the environmental impact of traditional fireplaces.
4. Bold Materials and Aesthetic: Throughout the home, we utilized bold, luxurious materials, such as black marble, textured wood, and industrial metal accents.
